1. Lead Time

2 – 7 Days from Order and full Payment Reflecting in our Bank Account. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, you will be informed and offered a choice of either continuing with the extended delivery time or cancellation with a full refund. Once your order has been despatched, we will email you the details of your delivery to the email address provided by you.

We use National Courier Companies that deliver to your door.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

2.1  We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING throughout the major cities of South Africa on purchases Over R 500,00.

2.2  Orders Under R 500,00 cost R100 Delivery Charge.

3. Return Shipping Cost Notice

Customer Pays for Returned Orders. Due to the expensive express delivery costs in South Africa, please note we do not provide free return services for Returned Orders. If you decide to return the goods for reasons Other than quality problems, please note we will charge both the send out shipping charge and the return shipping charge from your refund.
