Wok style Cottage Cheese with bell pepper
Makes: ½ kg paneer/cottage cheese
Ingredients Required:
250g paneer
3 tomatoes (200g)
1 capsicum
1 onion
3/4th cup milk (200 ml)
Recipe:
1. In a kadai/wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes, 30g Nimkish Kadai Paneer Masala and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until oil separates.
2. Add 1 capsicum and 1 onion (cut lengthwise) and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until half cooked. Pour 3/4th cup milk (200 ml) in the kadai and continue stirring till it boils.
3. Put 250g paneer cubes, cover the lid and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or till the curry thickens and paneer is coated in it. Serve with naan or roti.
