1. Your right to cancel your order:
Should you be unhappy with your purchase or have a change of mind, You may cancel your Order at any time within 5 days, beginning on the day after you received your order.
You will be responsible for any cost incurred or risk in returning the products including courier costs. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and you will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If you fail to inform us within the 5 day period you will Not have a right to cancel the Order and return the products. Exceptional circumstances may arise and returns will be allowed past the 5 day period provided a detailed email must be sent to info@curryfavour.co.za explaining the delay in notifying us. Curry Favour reserves the right to accept or decline at its sole discretion.
If Curry Favour accidentally delivers the incorrect product, it will at its discretion, collect the product from you at no charge and at your convenience. Curry Favour will deliver the correct product to you (if the correct product is available) or effect a refund / credit in your favour.
2. Pricing
While we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.
We are under no obligation to provide the product(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price (even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an incorrect price.
The prices on the Website are our Nett price but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out under our Delivery Costs. Prices are liable to change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
3. Pricing and payment
The total cost of your order is the price of each product ordered plus any delivery charges. Prices are in ZAR.
4. General Refund policy
Refunds will be done within 7 days from the date of return for products of saleable quality returned in the original saleable condition, in their original packaging, with swing tickets/barcodes attached. Refunds will be credited to the original tender used to process the payment. If products received as a “gift” (recipient is not the purchaser) are returned for refund, the refund will be processed onto the original card or bank account used as payment for the order.
This does not apply in respect of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
To qualify for a refund, all products must be returned to Curry Favour in accordance with the Curry Favour returns policy set out above. Once products are returned we will consider the condition of the goods being returned (including packaging where relevant) before authorising refunds or exchanges.
You may use the same courier that delivered your order to return the item(s).

6. Risk and title
Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or upon delivery, whichever is later. Any products ordered will be at your risk from the time of receipt of delivery.
